Summary: First, there was a smoker next to my room that filled up my room with smoke. Then the gate that is supposed to open and let you out would not open even though I tried my prepaid parking stub and then I tried my credit card because I had to go to work. Many cars were stacked up. I have stayed here many times and that parking gate issue is constantly a problem. But they don’t seem to care. Also, the restaurant will try to sell you a Bud Light and tell you it’s a Budweiser. I highly recommend you do not drink out of the tap because the beer comes out tasting like mold and you will get food poisoning. They have lots of different drinks sitting behind the bar, but the bartender has no idea how to use any of it or how to make anything. I watch people get angry all the time when they ask for things like a margarita and he has no idea. The food selection is terrible and I don’t think I would be brave enough to eat in the restaurant anyway. That’s really too bad because the location is great and the restaurant could be a real Jim but instead it’s a train wreck.
